6. Appointment Requests and Scheduling

You can use your account to book an appointment for a clinical visit, grooming, or other service enquiry. Our team will review your request and provide you with a confirmed booking. Additionally, you can reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Boarding Booking

You can use your account to request a booking for pet boarding services. Please ensure that your pet's vaccinations and health records are up to date before booking boarding services. Please read and agree with our Boarding Policy before proceeding with the payment. Successful payment is required for the confirmation of your booking. All payments are non-refundable

8. Emergency Services

In case of emergencies, please contact us at our emergency number 050-7113017 for Falcon Hospital or 056-9986809 for the Pet Care Center. Note that emergency services might incur additional charges, and we will do our best to inform you of any costs involved prior to treatment.

9. Payment Terms

We accept Payment via online, bank transfer, credit cards and cash for all services rendered to customer. A successful payment receipt/ document must be provided. All payments must be made in advance or post service provided before discharge. Any outstanding balance must be settled before discharge against services. All payments are non-refundable and must be used for the services that you have paid for.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You will not engage in any behaviour that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of our website.

11. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in any conduct detrimental to our website or its users.

12. Changes to Terms
